With this mission the Indo Foundation Trust Started  MCA course in the year 2000.  This course is aimed at fulfilling the industry’s growing need for competent software professionals. The course content is a perfect blend of Computer Science, Computer oriented Mathematics and Management Science. The sixth semester is exclusively dedicated for industrial project work. Along with the theoretical inputs, practical training is also given a lot of emphasis to facilitate the students to work in a simulated work environment. Eminent IT professionals and academicians are delivering guest lectures and seminars on the present status and scenario of the IT world.  

The Computer Lab of the MCA Institute is an excellent, modern & well-equipped center for the students having 125 Pentium Computers. The aim of the lab is to provide practical training. The lab is equipped with the latest hardware & software to keep the pace with the latest technologies. Devices like scanner, printers are also available.  The institute has following computer facilities:

•  Windows NT Server
• Unix Server
• Web Server
• Networking all Computers
• Internet access through two 64 Kbps ISDN connection & two 128 Kbps Broadband lines.

Modern audio & video teaching aids like LCD Projector, OHPs & Audio-Visual facility are regularly used for teaching purposes. 

Rich library is one of the main facility provided for the students. The library has Delnet connection to provide on line library facility & also has subscription of many technical Journals, Periodicals & Magazines. The reference section includes Encyclopedias, dictionaries & Thesaurus. Latest reference books & hundreds of routine textbooks are purchased every year.

The Placement Committee of MRSC is committed towards helping students build their career by bridging the gap between them and the corporate world. The Placement Cell is responsible for fostering a professional relationship with the corporate world to help student assess their career needs. The institute offers fresh clay in terms of students, who can be moulded as per company requirements. The placement Cell arranges interviews of students by prospective employers. It also helps in placing students in various organizations for Live Projects and On-the-Job training (OJT). The placement committee comprises of student representatives, which gives a valuable hand to the placement officer, who heads the committee, in organizing all placement related activities.

The faculty of the Institute has well qualified and experienced members. Teaching in institute is not limited to classrooms only but is also enriched by Audio-Visual aids, seminars and guest lectures by professional experts. Teachers are actively engaged in research work and book writing.
