Brief Details/background of the Trust/Society, Governing Body, and Members etc.:
Introduction to its Genesis Including its Registration Status:
The name of the Promoting Body is "INDO FRIENDS FOUNDATION, Hemkunt Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore-452 017". This has been registered under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trust Act(1951) under the section 6. Its registration number is 283 dated 15/05/1987. The office bearers of this Trust are from various sections of the society including Medical Practitioner, Educationalist, Industrialist and Businessmen.
Details of the Promoters including their Background:
The Chairman of Indo Friends Foundation is Dr. Ramesh Badlani, a well known Medical Practitioner. He is involved in Modern Dental College of Indore, which is an Asset to the country. He had been abroad for numbers of times. He is one of the most popular Educationalist of the state.
Mr. Satvinder Singh is the Member Secretary of the Trust. He had successful experience of being the Director Administration of number of Institutions. These Institutions are rated as I degree organization of the city. He being the expert of Financial Management, he is successful in organizing all these Institutions and every thing is computerized. His working has been appreciated number of time and the credit of first computerization of the entire office working in the city is debited in his Credit.
Dr. R.S. Makhija by profession is an Eye Surgeon. He is the Managing Trustee of the Indo Friends Foundation. He is the member of many National and International Voluntary organization. He has widely traveled many countries across the world quite a Good number of times. He is the founder of institutions like Guru Teg Bahadur Charitable Hospital, Mata Gujri Hospital, Netralaya (Hospital), Guru Harkrishan Public School, Maharaja Ranjit Singh College of Professional Sciences, Mata Gujri Girls' Public School, Mata Gujri College, Guru Govind Singh Institute of Technology and Science & The Institute of Biotechnology, Indore. Dr. Makhija has a wonderful vision. His dreams have been materialized in the form of the heritageous builds of Maharaja Ranjit Singh College of Professional Sciences and Mata Gujri Girls' Public School.
Mr. K.S. Bhatia, one of Trustee is the top-class Industrialist of the country. He owns the Bhatia Coal Co. Ltd. This is having several hundred crores of rupees as turn over. His company is importing from Indonesia in many ships and their contract is something like supplying several thousand trucks of coal per month. His capacity as the leading businessman of the country is a boon to the Indo Friends Foundation.
Dr. Arun Patwa is a Medical Practitioner and renounced educationalist of the state. All other trustees are well qualified and established personalities. They are all working together to establish an era in the field of education and professional education in particular.
It is because of the hardcore mission of these Trustees, many top 1st class Guzetted Officers after their retirement have joined their hand to encourage and uplift the future developments.

On every Saturday academic activities are conducted. One of the major part of the academic activity is close-interaction between the faculty members and students so that joint efforts are made to upgrade the academic status.

Students faculty members and the management jointly work together for are procedural mechanisms. In short the institution is actively following process and norms of good democratic governance.

Standard procedures are maintained are rightly followed as recommended by NBA and NAAC. Thus regular student feedback is collected and key review areas are well defined for estimating faculty performances.

Grievance Cell is operating round the year involving senior directors, teachers and management.

In accord of future placement activities, the Institution organized Personality development classes. Mr. Vimit Kapoor, placement consultant had regularly visited, to guide the students to help developing their personality from the aspect of their placements in various reputed software organizations. In addition to above the students were motivated to undergo for clearing different Certifications.
The Placement Cell headed by Placement Officer under the valuable guidance of the staff student advisory members.
- Placement Brochure was got printed.
- Collected the database of the companies which are to be contacted / approached.
- Placement brochures have been posted to various companies.
- Placement Tour to Pune where we had approached around 15 companies, for the training & Job opportunities for the students.
- Contacting & visiting the companies in the city, as well as, in the surrounding industrial areas.
- Counseling the students to choose their field of interest in the wide domain of Computers. The important field of the overall developments is taken care of regarding how to go about the Group Discussions, Personality Improvement, Personal Interviews, HR Interviews, etc.
- A number of students had appeared in and some of them had cleared partly in the well-renowned Certifications from Microsoft Corporation, and Oracle Corporation.
- Many off-campus openings were informed to the students from time to time.
- The Placement Brochure for every batch is prepared using one of the technologies, which is at par with the pace of the IT field.
